Scandals in association with Jack Daniels and Bacardi present Bubba’s Fifth Annual Food Truck Country Fair, two days and nights of non-stop, knee slapping, hooting and hollering good ole-fashioned fun in a country fair atmosphere that is a benefit for the Pantry of Broward (ThePantryOfBroward.org). Last year’s event drew over 3,500 attendees to the fair, and this year is sure to top that amount!
Saturday, October 20th and Sunday, October 21st at Scandals Saloon:
The fair officially opens at 3 pm on Saturday. Many, many contests will be taking place throughout the two day event. There will also be many vendors on hand displaying their goods for sale and there will be non-stop games, including a dunk tank.
There will be nonstop entertainment at Bubba’s Fifth Annual Food Truck Country Fair from open to close. The line-up is:
Saturday – 10/20
3:00 pm – Bubba’s fair opens
4:00 pm – Redneck Funeral Comfort Casserole Contest
5:00 pm – Win-it-in-a-Minute Game
5:00 pm – Weenie Eatin’ Contest
6:00 pm – Mama Marion Nixon’s Cake Bake-off
7:00 pm – Cracker Munchin’ Game
8:00 pm – Food Throwdown 4 liquors/4 recipes contest
9:00 pm – Celebrity Challenge
Sunday – 10/21

4:00 pm – Mouth Waterin’, Butt Burnin’ Chili Cook-Off Contest
5:00 pm – C.C.’s Cluckin, Mother Truckin’ Wing Ding Cook-Off Contest
6:00 pm – Bubbles Crocker Pie Bake-Off Contest
7:00 pm – Cracker Munchin’ Game
8:00 pm – Celebrity Challenge
According to Scandals Saloon and The Stable owners Ken Kelley and Lloyd Pagels, “For the fifth year in a row, Scandals Saloon proudly presents ‘Bubba’s Country Fair’ on Oct. 20th & 21st. This year, the title changes a bit to ‘Bubba’s Food Truck Country Fair.’ In addition to all the fun games, contests, cook-offs, and 20 local vendors, Bubba is featuring FOUR (4) food trucks both Saturday and Sunday plus CC’s Clucking Mother Trucking Wingding. This gives a whole new meaning to the slogan ‘… eat, drink and be merry.’ Proceeds from this year’s fair will benefit The Food Pantry of Broward County. The Food Pantry is offering some amazing prizes and gifts from their booth and they are doing a ‘special’ food drive to help their very worthy clients. Bubba’s Country Fair is all about the good times while helping a very worthwhile and desperately in need charity.”
Bubba’s Country Fair is FREE and will have great food, great drinks and great fun.
