The 36th anniversary of Pridefest is scheduled for Saturday, and Sunday March 9 & 10 2013 and will take place once again at the very popular Holiday Park/War Memorial Auditorium. Pride South Florida  just announced its full line-up of entertainment.

The hours are Noon – 7 p.m. both days, giving our local gay clubs the opportunity to continue celebrating Pride well into the night.

PRIDE-SFL---pic1Pride South Florida is pleased to announce our major headliners: Sunday features the incredibly hot singing duo Karmin, who were recently on the cover of Rolling Stones Magazine. Karmin catapulted to superstardom by singing covers of other artist’s songs and posting videos on YouTube. They have been on many talk shows including a recent appearance on Ellen and the Today show. Their first album of original songs will be released in the spring and is sure to go Platinum.

PRIDE-SFL---pic2On Saturday we feature American Idol and The Voice Alumni Frenchie Davis. Frenchie has also appeared on stage in productions of Rent, Dreamgirls, Ain’t Misbehavin, and many others. Her soulful voice has garnered fans all over the world and she is quickly becoming a DIVA!

On Saturday and Sunday Master Hypnotist Jon Simon is back by popular demand with his outrageously funny comedy hypnosis show. It’s nonstop laughter as volunteers from the audience are hypnotized right before your eyes and soon become the true stars of the show.

PRIDE-SFL---pic3In addition, Pride South Florida will feature entertainment by: Gay Men’s Chorus – “Tropical Wave,” the Ladies of Lips, KP Productions, JC Entertainment – “Invasion,” Derek & Romaine, Alexis Salgado, the South Florida Pride Wind Ensemble, the Church of the Holy Spirit Song, Electra, The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, the Sunshine Cathedral, Rolla, Yovanni Medel, Michael Lynch and many more.
