Happy 25th Anniversary to the Boardwalk
The legendary Boardwalk of international fame turns 25 this month with a month-long celebration. There will be an invite only party on Wednesday, March 17th at 8 pm, so be sure to see Victor, Jim, Vickie Bennett, Bob Pastor or your favorite employee for an invitation. The bar opens to the public at 9 pm. A spinning wheel of prizes spins ten times per day and everyone that spins is a winner! There will be a private winners party on March 31st. The party title is “Live Like a Millionaire for a Day.”

This Just In
Cleto Buren (pictured here), the husband of Hotspots Publisher Peter Clark, turned 50 last week. Known to many as a sweetheart, Cleto's 26 year relationship with Peter erupted in celebration Saturday night at the Manchester Room at Georgie's Alibi. Many friends were on hand to wish him well as he passed this half century milestone. Catering was provided by Alibi Catering topped off by a special birthday cake prepared especially for the occasion by Alibi's amazing chef. Best wishes to Cleto and many happy returns as you begin your journey into the next 50 years! Happy, happy birthday!

You can soon have David Beckham on your rigid rod! Well, that is by way of wearing the new condom with the likeness of the world's most famous soccer star on it. The condoms, we hear, should be available now or soon at the Thyssen-Bememsiza Museum in Madrid. Would some of our Madrid readers please send me five cartons in extra large? Thanks ! This will surrely make many appreciate art much more !!!!

That a very famous sports figure was in town securing Super Bowl tickets and apartment hunting but took time out to cruise the clubs and was spotted chatting up a hunky bartender at Bill's and then Scandals. He did score unrecognized, putting those famous legs behind his ears for the lucky one.

That noted attorney Norm Kent will be giving the community a brand new publication sometime around the end of January. The name I hear is South Florida Gay News and will be similar to his former one, The Express. I wish Norm the very best of luck and success in this sorely needed addition to our town!

That a certain bartender of fame from several bars did a smoking hot XXX movie with a fellow bartender in a private Rio Vista water side pad for huge bucks (we hear they’re worth every inch of it!).
