Today is December 1st and is officially known as World AIDS Day. There are 2 very important events going on today both in Orlando and Tampa that if you can, you really should attend. This is something that as a community we must put a STOP to and the only way of doing it is to show our unconditional support as a community by standing united together. Hope and Help is hosting a fundraising breakfast in Orlando and Metro Wellness is hosting the Tampa Red Ribbon Run. If you can’t physically attend, please try to donate something if not just your time to this very much needed cause. As always, until next week… much love to you all! Peace out, Scott.
