On Fridays there were Bears everywhere and it continued all weekend as the first annual Beach Bear Weekend took over Fort Lauderdale. There were events all weekend long in many locations, way too many to list, however, it was clear that this weekend was a huge success and I for one am looking forward to next year’s event. Also Friday night, Filthy Gorgeous at Score presented a Go-GO Fantasy with Pole Dancers, Aeralists, models and go-go boys everywhere. It was a fabulous party with lots of visual enticement. Saturday night I went to Sidelines for their 6th anniversary extravaganza where they were celebrating with lots and I mean lots of raffle prizes including a flat screen TV. The bar was crowded with many well wishers. Even my good friend Gregg Bernard (former owner of Copa) was there with his boyfriend. On the way out everyone received a little gift bag (I guess Laurie and Jennifer know I am a gift bag whore….LOL). Afterwards I headed to the Boardwalk for another good friend of mine, Howard Marr of Fabscout Entertainment, was celebrating his birthday. Lots of cute Fabscout boys were there. Speaking of the Copa, the beautiful Lynn was working the door and it is always a pleasure to see her.
