Mayor Justin Flippen Seeks Second Term

Mayor Justin Flippen is running for re-election.

Flippen, a business relations manager with Broward County’s Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, previously served as Wilton Manors Vice Mayor for two terms, a city commissioner, and a member of the city’s board of adjustment.

“I am committed to a strategy of sensible and smart growth for our Island City with a clear focus on our economy, infrastructure, environment, and entertainment,” said Mayor Flippen.

“Working with our residents and business and community stakeholders, I am proud of the proven record of leadership success we have established together. I seek to preserve and improve the quality of life within our urban village and to continue to build upon the inclusive community values found in the policies adopted at city hall based upon the practices of acceptance and belonging uniquely exemplified by our neighbors.”

Mayor Flippen will kick off his re-election campaign with a meet and greet reception from 5:30-7:30 PM on Thursday, February 20th at Drynk Bar & Lounge located at 2255 Wilton Drive.
