The fair officially opens at 4 pm on Saturday. Many, many contests will be taking place throughout the two day event. There will also be 20 vendors on hand displaying their goods for sale and there will be non-stop games, including a dunk tank.
Liquor sponsors are judging a lot of the contests, because this year the contestants have to use the sponsors’ liquor in their recipes.
