What’s HOT South Florida (5/31/2012 – 6/7/2012)

For the first time in over 15 years of living in South Florida I decided to take an entire Holiday weekend off and to Inferno Puerto Rico I went. Four sun filled days surrounded by Latino men (wait, doesn’t that sound like South Florida…LOL) and surprisingly I came back with a smile on my face…hehe! While I was away, South Florida was happening with tons of events but the 2 big ones I am hearing about are: Last Thursday night the Hotspots team joined in on the 10th anniversary celebration of Boardwalk in Fort Lauderdale. It was standing room only as, what seemed to be the who’s who from Fort Lauderdale all joined in on the fun. Hosted by Auntie Mame, (who is celebrating her 70th birthday if you can believe it)

Hosted by Auntie Mame, (who is celebrating her 70th birthday if you can believe it) everyone enjoyed an incredible buffet provided by Beefcakes restaurant, hot models and hundreds of dollars in instant prizes given away including the grand prize of a flat screen HDTV. Congratulations to Victor, Jim and the Boardwalk team for reaching such a milestone and for hosting such a fun filled event! Stay tuned as Boardwalk(s) celebrations continue leading up to an all inclusive grand prize package of a trip for two to New York to see “Priscilla Queen Of The Desert” live on Broadway! On Sunday Gary Santis presented his annual White Fort Lauderdale event, this year starring direct from America’s Got Talent, Vocal impresario Prince Poppycock, for the pre-event concert. The Prince put on a spectacle worthy of royalty with his elaborate costuming, dancers, and most importantly, his signature voice that performed the world’s most famous arias. When the Prince’s concert was over the venue changed into a gigantic dance party starring Circuit DJ/producer Manny Lehman and all the hot men took to the floor to the wee hours of the morning.
