Miami Beach Bruthaz was founded in July 2006 as an annual summer lifestyle event for same gender loving men and women from across the country. Through a series of social, knowledge-filled and personalized activities, this event promotes unity, camaraderie and a sense of belonging among its attendees.

Miami Beach Bruthaz was founded in July 2006 as an annual summer lifestyle event for same gender loving men and women from across the country. Through a series of social, knowledge-filled and personalized activities, this event promotes unity, camaraderie and a sense of belonging among its attendees. The event is focused around a central theme: Knowledge, Culture and Fashion.

This year the event is held from July 19^th to 22nd on South Beach and creates opportunities for all attendees to enjoy a fun-filled, VIP style weekend getaway on Miami Beach, while empowering each other, discussing social, economic, political and health issues during informative workshop sessions and attending cultural and fashion events.

From Fantastic parties to engaging workshops, this event creates opportunities for networking and socializing and it promotes camaraderie among Bruthaz. Miami Beach Bruthaz does not discriminate based on age, sex, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, gender, ethnic background or other differences.

Accommodations are off the chain! The Congress South Beach Hotel, is already sold out, but they have rooms available at the Lords South Beach Hotel, just a block away at 1120 Collins Avenue. The rooms have bold colors, custom-designed graphics, a flat screen television, i-pod/CD speakers, luxe linens by Frette, a large private bathroom, and a top shelf mini-bar. Rooms have either one queen bed, one double-sized bed or two double-sized beds (limited availability) and sufficient living space for 2 guests.

They have many including: an upscale white party with a celebrity guest, a serious hip hop party, a rooftop pool party and men’s fashion show, their Saturday night party featuring the sounds of Brazil and their Sunday brunch party on Ocean Drive. Miami Beach Bruthaz is always a weekend full of surprises.
