On Wednesday, The Fort Lauderdale Gay and Lesbian Film Festival presented the next movie in their GLOW series entitled My Straight Son at Gateway Theatre. On Friday I went around Wilton drive and hit Alibi, and Pj’s and they both had nice crowds. I then walked up and down the street and met my good buddy Marcello. On Saturday morning was Poverello’s 24th annual Bowling to Fight Hunger at Sawgrass Lanes. For Once again there were many teams all raising thousands of dollars for this worthy cause. Saturday night we headed down to Miami and stopped in at Floppy Rooster and damn did I see a lot of Floppy’s LOL! We then went next door to Bailo to party with the Latin Crowd and see shows by the one and only Marytrini and her special guests. On Sunday, Arcade in South Beach started Soul Logic, The Sunday Dance Nation, which was kind of a T-dance and featured Carlos Rojas and Jared Coetzee. Another busy week in South Florida!
