Easy Recipes: Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients:

1 box of Provimi Foods, Breaded Veal Steaks (Frozen foods at Publix)

1   24 oz jar of Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese Slices

2 tablespoons of oregano

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F.  Pan-fry your Breaded Veal Steaks according to the instructions on the box.  After removing from the pan, allow them to render some of their grease onto a paper towel lined plate.  Lightly glaze the bottom of a rectangular Pyrex dish with some of the Marinara Sauce. Align the veal steaks on top of the Marina Sauce, allowing them to either nestle, or slightly overlap.  Pour 1/2 of the marinara sauce in and around the veal steaks, and very lightly on top. Put one to two slices of Mozzarella cheese on top of each veal steak and pour over the remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.  Place into 350° F oven until cheese has completely melted. Serve and enjoy!
