I am currently dating a guy. I have tried to end it before, but it doesn’t seem to stick. Every where I go, he seems to appear, and he calls and texts me constantly wanting to know where I am and what I am doing at all times. I can’t seem to get any private time since meeting him, and the times that I have tried to pull away, results in some type of dramatic production on his part. I can’t take it anymore!! What should I do?

I think you already know that answer to this. Obviously, the longer you allow this to go on, the worse it’s going to get. You have to face this, say how you feel – and mean it. If you don’t want to go further in this relationship, then end it. These behaviors are unhealthy. Whether or not he is aware of that, is not the point. You are bothered, and you are making allowances for something that makes you uncomfortable, because he gets upset of dramatic if you pull away. Remember, we teach people how to treat us but what we allow, and what we reinforce. I hope that helps.
