Get Tucked This Weekend! 

Trinity “the Tuck” is a force to be reckoned with in the world of drag, television, and music. Best known for her standout performances on the ninth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and her historic win on the fourth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, where she shared the crown with Monét X Change, Trinity has solidified her place as one of the most iconic queens in drag history. She will captivate audiences with her unmatched charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent when she takes the Palace stage this Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th.

We sat down with the drag superstar ahead of her debut appearance.

Miami loves its blondes.  Are you ready to show up against some of our most notorious  like supermodel Gisele Bündchen, Shakira, and JLO?
Well, luckily for me, I can out-blonde them all because I’m a drag queen and I have the biggest wig!

 

What inspired you to take on Palace? 

I’ve been doing drag for over 21 years. I’m not scared to perform anywhere or with anyone! I’ve performed all over the world and every bit of Florida except for the Palace. It only makes sense as the only winner from Drag Race who lives in Florida to perform in such an iconic place.

 

Latrice Royale got her start at Palace bar as did Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige, better known as Queen of the Flips.    Are you planning anything special for your Palace debut?

I’m known for my tuck, body and sass.  On the mic, I’m killer and on the stage, I know how to captivate. I may not be the queen of flips but I’m THE Queen! 

 

What is your favorite song to lip sync to?  

My favorite song changes depending on the moment.

 

How do you make the songs your own?

Withmy own unique style.

 

What do you include on your rider? 

I’m not a diva. Just water, napkins and maybe a watermelon Red Bull. 

 

Are there places you want to see or things you want to do while you’re in Miami?  We promise not to stalk.

I’ve been to Miami several times. I think it’s a great city! But if you know a hot 6’3 Hispanic man, you can include him in my rider. 

 

Name three things you intend to pack for your trip to Miami.

Because it’s so hot, I will def have extra duct tape, primer and a naked costume to stay cool! 

 

Every queen at Palace has a drag slogan. For example, Tiffany T. Fantasia’s is “Don’t be a dry hoe, be a greasy bitch!”  What’s your drag slogan?
