Friday night was the much anticipated 3rd anniversary of Living Room Nightclub. The night was hosted by the beautiful Melissa Gorga of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey and yes she did bring along her sexy husband Joe. It was terrible how all the guys were gawking at Joe and not giving me the opportunity to get close enough to…LOL!! Both guest DJ Patrick M and resident DJ Maximus turned the music up for the crowds of well wishers to enjoy. Congratulations to Mark, Christian and the entire Living Room team on 3 great years!

Saturday and Sunday was the 4th annual Bubba’s Country Fair at Scandals and once again it was a good ole country time filled with entertainment, food and lots of friends. With Country in my system I can’t wait for Thursday when the new Southern comfort restaurant Portia’s opens up (see ad in this week’s mag).

Sunday night was the bi-annual Dolphin Democrats Gala and silent auction at the Fishing Hall of Fame in Dania. This is the second time they had their gala in this beautiful location and once again it was successful. Congratulations to the organizers (especially my buddies Michael Albetta and Richard Cimoch) and the award winners (too many to name but a special congrats to Hotspots Owner Peter Clark, Sidelines owners Laurie and Jennifer and Congresswoman and DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz).
