Country-pop crossover recording artist Steve Grand has been celebrated in the gay community in the last couple of years, and with that celebrity, he’s been allowed to perform across the country and around the world. He will be returning to Florida this winter to sing for his fans,
Steve Grand, a Chicago native, first had people take notice of his talent in the summer of 2013, when he released his debut music video on YouTube called “All-American Boy.” Within days, his video went viral on YouTube and he instantly became a celebrity in the gay community. Many people remarked about his singing talent and immediately labeled him “the first gay country star,” although there are other gay country singers. He was featured on ABC’s Good Morning America and he was interviewed on CNN for a worldwide audience to see. At the end of 2013, he was named to Out Magazine’s “Out 100” list, which chronicles the year’s most noteworthy LGBT people. He has wowed crowds here
Tickets for Steve Grand’s performance at Sunshine Cathedral are available now and can be purchased by going to Sunshine Cathedral’s website at sunshinecathedral.org. Tickets cost $30 for the 8 p.m. performance, and $50 for access to the VIP reception as well. Tickets will also be sold at the door, but only for the performance (the door price will be $40).
