Gay Jewish nightlife and travel company, Hebro, announced today its first getaway destination weekend in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to take place in April 2015. The weekend, titled Shvitz!, will kick off with a welcome reception and gala dinner on the beach of its host property, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa, on Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m. Weekend activities include a private beach party and a club event at the Wilton Manors hotspot — The Manor Nightclub — on Saturday, April 25. The City of Fort Lauderdale is the presenting sponsor of this inaugural event.

“After receiving requests from gay Jews across the United States to host gay Jewish parties in their respective cities, I felt it would be best to bring everyone together to Florida for a weekend experience,” said Jayson Littman, Founder and President of Hebro Nightlife and New York-based producer for the Shvitz! Weekend series of events. “I look forward to bringing 200+ gay Jews to Fort Lauderdale and delivering there the Hebro nightlife experience that has attracted thousands of gay Jews.”

A New York City nightlife producer specializing in nightlife events for “gay Jews and those who love us,” Littman founded Hebro in 2008. The Shvitz! destination weekend is a way to reach out to gay Jews from around the world to build community — while having a fun and social experience. Littman also launched Hebro Travel in January 2015 with planned trips this summer to Israel & Tel Aviv Pride and Poland & Prague Pride.
