If you’re interested in LGBT rights/issues and you’d like to expand your writing portfolio, we have an internship opportunity available for you at Hotspots.
We prefer that each candidate has strong writing skills. Journalism, mass communications and English majors are preferred. We also want someone who is skilled in social media (particularly Instagram, Twitter, and other major platforms). This opportunity will involve 15-20 hours per week of your time. You will write features as needed for different media platforms (Hotspots Online and Mark’s List). You may also be invited to LGBT-related events to take photos for our social media.
