Business for the Arts of Broward (BFA) will transform a block along Las Olas Boulevard during the inaugural Art + Stroll, a free one-of-a-kind event, presented by BBX Capital, with art, entertainment and culture on Thursday, November 21 from 5 to 7 pm in the lobbies of buildings 401, 301, 450 on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The event will benefit BFA and support local artists.

During Art + Stroll, guests also will be treated to live performances including music, dance and surprise performers, live painting by artist Lori Pratico, sidewalk chalk art on the street and the launch of Hoffman’s Chocolates 2019 Art Bars featuring art by Golden, Judy Nunno, Lee Rossi and Lynda De Vita. The stroll is FREE but $15 tickets are available that includes a special beverage and appetizer sample tasting in each lobby, limited amount available. Tickets for Sip + Stroll are available here: squareup.com/store/business-for-the-arts-of-broward.

Art + Stroll is one of several ways Business for the Arts of Broward helps fund events and expand the services they offer across Broward County, as well as promote economic development to the non-profits they support and advance a creative economy. The event will include an exhibition of artwork for sale with the proceeds split with the artists and BFA. BFA encourages support of local artists, fosters cultural vitality, and promotes creative success and economic development.

Proceeds from Art + Stroll allows Business for the Arts of Broward to continue and expand its innovative programming including the free Arts Mean Business Speaker Series, Art in the Workplace, Cultural Tours, Artist Encounters and continue to support and promote local arts and cultural non-profits and projects.

In addition to BBX Capital, Becker and Hoffman’s Chocolates, other sponsors include BankUnited, Bellissima, Brightline, Broward College, Cirque du Soleil, Greenspoon Marder, JLL, Kip Hunter Marketing, SGD, Pierson Grant, Spirit Airlines, Stiles, Steven Greenwald Design, Templeton & Company, Transwestern, UBS Wealth Management and Pierson Grant Public Relations.
