Burgers Made Easy

1 egg

1 lb. ground beef

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ white onion finely diced

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon of oregano or Italian Seasoning

1 teaspoon of Plain Yogurt

Heat your grill as you normally would, otherwise you can use this recipe in a hot pan on medium high.  In a bowl, whisk together egg and all ingredients except for the beef. Once the ingredients are well incorporated, add the beef, and mix until it just comes together.  Do not overmix. The more you mix the beef, the tougher it will become. Shape your burgers without pressing or patting them down, and then make a slight dip in the center to keep your burgers from curling up from the heat.  Allow patties to cook about 7-8 minutes on each side, until they are at least 160° F internally. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite buns, bread and/or toppings. ENJOY!!
