What’s Size Got to do With It?

Despite the age-old saying, “it’s not the size of the boat, it’s the motion of the ocean,” men all over are getting their packages enhanced in ever-increasing numbers.

Yes, it’s a thing. It’s just not talked about as much as the more widely-discussed female breast enhancement procedures.

Dr. Victor Loria, D.O., head of Loria Medical located in Miami and throughout the U.S., is an osteopathic physician, a cosmetic surgeon and a pioneer in the field of penis and scrotal enlargement.

It’s men in “their most productive years,” as Dr. Loria put it, that are taking advantage of these procedures.

Fifty-nine percent of his patients are between the age of 30 to 50 years old.

In 2014, Dr. Loria introduced a new medically designed Penis Pump, which was awarded a U.S. patent. In 2016 and 2017, Dr. Loria continued his research and developed the Penis Stretcher and Flaccid Penis Insert medical devices, which were also awarded U.S. patents. He soon plans to introduce a new penis shaft lengthening device. This device, he says, will satisfy those who are seeking a longer penis, both flaccid and erect.

“You are never too young or too old to start walking towards the best possible version that you want to make of yourself,” the doctor says.

So how does that best possible version of yourself work?

At Dr. Loria’s medical centers, one popular technique is to use a filler to enhance the male appendage. It’s a permanent dermal filler injection technique that Dr. Loria has been using since he redirected his focus in 2010 on male enhancements. He applies the technique to three areas of the penis: the shaft, glans (head), and scrotal (testicle sack).

This is a minimally invasive procedure so the recuperation period isn’t extensive. However, to really see a dramatic girth increase, it’s recommended to do more than just one procedure.

This dermal filler technique is primarily used to increase girth (thickness), not penile length.

“It is a common misconception perpetuated by media and, to some extent, the adult entertainment industry, that the length is the most important factor in regard to sexual gratification and performance,” said Dr. Loria. This misconception, he added, relegates the girth to an underserving second place, when in fact the stimulation of all the surface during intercourse is crucial — something that could only be achieved with an increased girth.

“Our aim is to increase the girth about ¾ [inches] to 1 [inch] per procedure, however, this could vary depending on several factors. We guarantee a 1.5 [inches] increase over the baseline erection girth after 4 procedures,” said Dr. Loria. “The vast majority of patients could achieve this or more.”

THE P-SHOT

Just like the differing breast implants and positioning of them, there are different male enhancement procedures available. And as the trend for men to enhance their penises grows in popularity, so are the number of procedures.

At Genesis Health Institute in Wilton Manors, founder and president Dr. Ferdinand Cabrera, M.D., specializes in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine.

There, men are getting the P-Shot technique to increase the male appendage.

The Priapus Shot or P-Shot involves taking platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your blood and injecting it into your penis. This means your doctor takes your own cells and tissues and injects them into your penile tissues to promote tissue growth and purportedly give you better erections.

Just like that of Dr. Loria’s permanent dermal filler injection technique, the P-Shot works best for penile girth rather than length.

Dr. Cabrera agrees with his peers on the importance of girth versus width.

“Visually speaking, bigger usually means better; reported as the most physically pleasurable, however, is thickness. What’s most important to know is that men with confidence satisfy not only their partners but also their own sexual desires.”

Anyone aged 21 and up can take advantage of these male enhancement procedures, whether it’s to improve sexual function or increase their size.

The P-Shot is actually one of the many forms of erectile dysfunction solutions

offered at Genesis Health Institute.

The first step is to check the man’s testosterone levels. “Most men under 50 years of age with no underlying medical conditions like heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and depression… once their testosterone levels are optimized, typically become completely satisfied sexually,” said Dr. Cabrera.

SUPPLEMENTS

In addition to the many options men have to correct erectile dysfunction, there are a plethora of over-the-counter remedies that claim to increase sexual desire. One that is being advertised in these pages is “Liquid CIA by Blu Gorilla ($49.99), a liquid supplement that is taken orally.

The company claims on its web site that the supplement can treat “erectile dysfunction and enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It can also treat high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension).”

There you have it. It looks like the verdict is in, and men want to be bigger. Whether it’s girth, length, or sexual desire, the market for male sexual enhancement therapy is healthy and strong.
