The @OUTshineFilmFestival will celebrate its 25th anniversary with 10 days of films and events at the Silver Spot Theater in Downtown Miami. The festival’s highlight will be a rooftop cinema experience on April 23rd featuring the 1990s classic movie “The Birdcage,” with stunning skyline views from the top of Lincoln Road.
