Dino Mosquera. He joined the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival in the late 90s and now serves on the OUTshine Film Festival’s Board of Directors. Dino, you are the film program chairman for Outshine Film Festival and you are getting ready for the big Miami festival from April 18 to 28.
