This is tonight’s lead anchor, Dr. Julio Capo, Jr. He is a board member of the Stonewall National Museum, Archives, and Library. He’s a history professor at Florida International University and the author of the book “Welcome to Fairyland: Queer Miami before 1940.” Julio, the Stonewall National Museum is hosting a first ever reenactment of the Stonewall Uprising, complete with police participation on June 29.
