Wilton Manors’ Skirt Foundation will celebrate its launch on February 7 from 6 PM to 9 PM at Independence Hall. The event, supporting South Florida’s LGBTQ and allied women, features complimentary bites by Chef Josie, a bar, and music by DJ Musicat.
