TransSOCIAL will host its Annual Summer BBQ on Sunday, July 27, at 1 PM at Tropical Park, Miami. This community celebration offers an afternoon of unity, pride, and remembrance. This year’s theme pays tribute to the legacy of Transcestors like Sylvia Rivera and Marsha P. Johnson, pioneers whose activism laid the foundation for trans rights today. The event will offer delicious food, welcoming vibes, and a safe, affirming space for individuals across the gender spectrum to connect, reflect, and celebrate. Organized by TransSOCIAL, a South Florida-based nonprofit supporting the transgender community, the BBQ will bring together allies, advocates, and families in honor of both history and progress.
