The Important GMCSF Unbroken Voices Songs For Justice and Redemption At Sunshine Cathedral February

The Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida is bringing music and activism together for LGBTQ Black History Month. Their concert, Unbroken Voices: Songs for Justice and Redemption, highlights resilience and community through music. A centerpiece of the evening is Joel Thompson’s The Seven Last Words of the Unarmed, a gripping tribute to Black lives lost to injustice. The program shifts from sorrow to hope with uplifting ballads and guest artists.

The event is more than a concert—it’s a call to action against hate. Set for Thursday, February 27, at 8 PM, it will take place at the historic Sunshine Cathedral. Sponsors include Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood and HotSpots Happening Out Television Network. Tickets start at $37. In a time of division, and hatred against minorities, this performance reminds us that music has the power to heal, unite, and inspire change. There is no better way of celebrating Black History Month than this! For more details, visit gmcsf.org
