It’s a boo-yers’ market this Gay Christmas! A new Rocket Mortgage survey finds nearly two-thirds of Americans (65%) would consider buying a haunted house — with 39% saying yes outright. One in three even claim they’ve already lived in one. Only 18% would sell if they discovered ghosts; 41% would “make friends with the ghost.” Among those spooked, 43% say the spirits were friendly, and 37% admit they would try a “ghost eviction” with sage or salt. With mortgage rates haunting wallets everywhere, queer and allied buyers are saying: if the vibe’s right, ghouls are welcome home.
