The Living Single and Girls Trip actor addressed the rumor in an Instagram video, saying, “Good morning! It’s me, Latifah…I’m 100 percent A-OK… Can’t believe what you read on the internet or see. Can’t believe nothin’ now, right? I’m good. Peace.” She later added that a circulating Facebook clip was fake. A similar hoax recently targeted basketball legend Sue Bird. Latifah recently signed on to executive-produce three movies for Lifetime through Flavor Unit Entertainment.
