My friend, Uwe Schroeder, has started a new company in which he designs leather cuffs called Wolf Cuff, a uniquely designed collection of leather cuffs constructed on the idea of two separate pieces of leather intricately interlocking to form a cuff for the wrist. It’s simple yet sturdy basis of one piece of leather going thru a cutout within the 2nd piece of leather, then riveted together assures the cuff to never come apart and sets it aside in craftsmanship and quality to other comparable products. Each piece is handcrafted and therefore one of a kind. Every facet of the manufacturing of each Wolf Cuff is engineered to not only make the product more durable but supplies esthetic artwork to each cuff. From the rivets placement, color, and type to other appliqués such as rhinestones, cutouts and medallions, ensures that the possibilities of appearance are endless. Based on ten basic designs for the standard line, the consumer can create a personalized piece that can withstand the test of time. Branching out consumers can now purchase cuffs made of alligator, stingray, and with lines for the rodeo, AIDS Walk, and that have watch faces, etc. Wolf Cuff will have a booth in front of Alibi throughout rodeo weekend. Stop by and say hello. You can check them out at WolfCuff.com

The most fabulous gay short of 2009 headlines this new gay shorts collection! John Sobrack’s “Boycrazy” is a wonderful, colorful, romantic, musical-comedy about a fresh-faced gay guy searching for love — at the gym, the beach and in a singing chat room! This top-notch package also includes the gay emo sexting drama, “Dish” (it’s been called the “gay lose your virginity movie”) and the precursor to last year’s popular feature Were The World Mine, Tom Gustafson’s inspiring short film “Fairies.” Plus: “The Backroom,” a romance between two art lovers; “Frequent Traveler,” about a guy with a crush on an airport guard; and “Teddy,” a wistful story of a man trying to win back his ex. The DVD, which is 98 minutes long, is available from WolfeVideo.com for only $19.95.
