Both L.G. And Mikey have an extensive background and are certified personal trainers. L.G., who is also a certified Firefighter and Paramedic, started in healthcare as he loves helping people. Working in the E.R. he did not get to see his patients get better. However, in personal training he sees the progression. Mikey has been working out for 23 years. He grew up at Gold’s Gym and worked there starting at the front desk, and then got into sales, followed by personal training and then went on to become the General Manager.
When asked what separates Bodytek from other gyms Mikey said “We work on the core and the mid section; nontraditional stuff. Also, we never do the same workout twice so that clients do not get bored. We are extremely concerned with form to make sure our clients don’t get hurt.”
Bodytek has 9 instructors (male and female) who are all Certified Personal Trainers and they are open 7 days a week with the first class starting at 5:30 am and the last class ending at 8:30 pm. Their prices are extremely reasonable as low as $12 a class. They also have 2 specials going on right now. The first is their grand opening special of $99 for 10 classes of your choice (must be purchased by April 15th and used in 90 days). The second is the $159 unlimited for a month. Which is exactly what it sounds like, for $159 you can take as many classes as you like all month long.
