Nephew of the Week: Dr. Robinson Ang
You Just Can’t Make This Stuff Up!
One day, in walked two young straight couples. They were drinking and making out. A regular friendly party I would say, putting on quite the show. Then in walked two young, smoking HOT gay guys. The gay guys were dancing and started to swing on the stripper pole. The next thing you know, the two straight guys are competing with the two gay guys to see who could work the chromed shiny pole the best!
After a couple more drinks, the four guys left together, leaving the two girls behind. I walked up to them and asked where their dates went. They smiled and said, “They always leave us in this bar.”
Ybor Saturday Market
The fresh farm produce and freshly baked goods are on sale at the Ybor City Saturday Market. The many vendors in Centennial Park are showcasing their own brands and hand-crafted items. Homemade pickles, sauces, locally collected honey and specialty art pieces are on display. All are reasonably priced. Stop by the Ybor Saturday Market, open every Saturday morning and afternoon until 3 p.m.
Tony’s Ybor Restaurant
Whenever you’re hungry for some good, old-fashioned cooking, try out Tony’s Ybor Restaurant on 22nd Avenue North. At least two or three times a month, we both get a craving for Tony’s. The cafeteria buffet allows you to have your choice of four or five meats/fish and the best homemade vegetable selection in town. Open for breakfast and lunch. Give it a try this week. Tell them Mark and Carrie sent you.
