Easy Recipes: Dry Rub Spiced Pork Loin

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. chili powder

1 tbsp Season All or Adobo Con Pimiento

1 tsp. ground cumin

2 tsp. dark brown sugar

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tbsp. Olive or Canola Oil

2-3 lb. boneless pork loin

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Rinse the pork loin and pat dry with paper towels.  Mix all other ingredients in a bowl with oil, ensuring to mix well, then evenly distribute encasing entire pork loin with spice mixture.  Place loin in a 9×11 Pyrex dish, and place in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Be sure that the internal temperature of the pork is at least 145°F to 150°F.  Remove from oven and allow to rest about 15 minutes, so that the juices evenly distribute. Serve with your favorite sides. ENJOY!
