Rustic Pizza

1 premade pizza crust

½ 8 oz. can of Hunt’s tomato sauce

1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella

3 bacon strips cooked and chopped

Sliced portabella mushrooms

½ 12 oz. jar of Vigo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped

½ 7 oz. wedge of Brie cheese, sliced thinly

4 oz. of crumbled feta cheese

1 plum tomato halved and thinly sliced

1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning

If you do not have a rotating pizza maker, then preheat the oven to 400° F.  Lightly brush your premade pizza crust with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, making sure to get the edges.  Evenly spread the tomato sauce. Next sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over top of the tomato sauce, as evenly as possible and away from the edges of the pizza. Arrange your tomato slices, followed by the brie slices, then the mushrooms and the artichoke hearts. Sprinkle the feta cheese, and the bacon, followed by the remaining mozzarella cheese.  Dust over the pizza with the Italian Seasoning and sprinkle the remaining ½ teaspoon of olive oil. If using a rotating pizza maker, then set it for 12 mins, followed by an additional 4 after checking for desired crust and meltiness of the cheese. If placing in the oven, bake for approximately 25 mins. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and slice. ENJOY!!!
