It’s time for some holiday cheer with the Bears of South Florida (BOSFL)! Get ready for drinks, dinner, fellowship, and fun. A cash bar will be available and dinner will be served. This is also the season when the Bears give back to the community. The event will be held at The Pride Center at Equality Park on Friday, December 8 from 6.30 PM. Tickets for the event are $20.
The Bears of South Florida (BOSFL) is a non-profit organization and a social/charitable group that raises funds through a variety of activities and then donates that money to support other non-profit LGBTQ+ organizations in our community. The organization is also giving away $40k this year. Prior to this, the most money that was given away was $16k. Even during COVID when most of our events were canceled they still gave away as much as they could. Further details about the nominees for the grants will be disclosed on December 11, during the Community Give Back event. However, today, we are joined by the president of BOSFL himself, Will Haas, so let us see what all he has to share with us about this grand upcoming event.
