As we gear up to commemorate Women’s History Month, The HOTspots Happening Out Art Gallery with Dennis Dean is thrilled to present a vibrant Celebration of LGBTQ+ Women Art and Artists after its successful inaugural exhibit. Located at 2401 N Dixie Hwy. in Wilton Manors, FL 33305, this event is a testament to the creativity and resilience of LGBTQ+ women within the artistic sphere.

Now in its second year, The Women: Power Imagined exhibit promises to captivate audiences with the remarkable talents of women artists. Spearheaded by local women community leaders, this showcase is a celebration of diversity, empowerment, and artistic expression.

Mark your calendars for two unmissable events: the Opening Reception on Saturday, March 2nd from 6 to 9pm, a juried exhibit with $1000 cash prizes and awarded ribbons, judged by Commissioner Davia of Dania Beach and hosted by artist Claudia Castilla. There will be a special announcement by Fay What?! (Fay What?! Show).

The second event is the Artists Showcase on Saturday, March 16th from 6 to 9pm; special guest by comedian Nat and excerpt reading and book signing by author Stephanie J. The exhibit will grace the gallery walls from May 1st to May 30th, offering ample opportunity to immerse yourself in the creativity of LGBTQ+ women artists.
