I have been bartending there for 5 years.
What makes Twist such a great place to work?
It is so much fun working at Twist since it is the main Gay club/straight friendly in Miami and is known all over the world. It gives me the chance to share amazing experiences. In addition, by working at Twist I have had the pleasure of meeting many celebrities who came to hang out; such as Ricky Martin, Ivy Queen, Adele, Sam Smith, and many more. We have events all year long, and I love being part of each of them. Pride, Art Bassel, Halloween, Christmas and New Years parties. My favorite one is the “Turn About” night. Playing the music while making drinks is so much fun for me since I can set the atmosphere and please the crowd. Overall, I have the chance to hang out with friends in every shift I work, it’s like living my life as if it was a party.

What do you do for fun?
My dog, Alicia, takes up a big part of my free time; we go everywhere together. I love making her mad, laughing and playing with her. I also love running, working out, and going to eat sushi. Another thing I love to do, which relaxes me, is shopping on Amazon. Since I work at a night club, my quiet time alone is so appreciated
When do you work?
I work Thursdays through Mondays at the Latin Bar

Pineapple juice
Splash of sweet fresh lime juice, Tabasco or jalapeño, and add cinnamon and shake it.
