The Kutumba Theatre Project will present Spy for Spy, a bold and unconventional Sapphic love story, this July and August at Empire Stage in Fort Lauderdale. Written by Kieron Barry and directed by Kim Ehly, the play explores the emotional rollercoaster between Sarah and Molly, two very different women drawn together by seven unforgettable kisses.
What sets Spy for Spy apart is its unique structure: each night, the audience will pick songs from a playlist, and the order of the scenes will shift accordingly. Just like memory, the story may unfold in different ways, but it will always make sense—and always move the heart. Performances are scheduled for multiple dates at different times. The upcoming show will be on July 25 at 8 PM. With limited seats available, theater lovers are encouraged to visit empirestage.com to book their tickets early.
