On Tuesday, August 26, The Pride Center at Equality Park in Wilton Manors will host the Wellness Hero 50+ Town Hall, focusing on Lung & Heart Health: From Breath to Beat. Presented by The Pride Center’s Wellness & Active Aging Programs, this hybrid event will welcome both in-person and virtual attendees. The program will bring together health experts, community members, and wellness advocates to share vital information on maintaining lung and heart health, particularly for adults aged 50 and above.
Through interactive discussions, expert presentations, and practical advice, participants will learn how to protect, strengthen, and monitor their respiratory and cardiovascular well-being.
