PRISM Gala 2025 to Celebrate Queer Resistance October 18

On Saturday, October 18, PRISM will host its annual Gala at ArtServe in Fort Lauderdale, honoring a powerful legacy of queer youth-led advocacy. The 2025 PRISM Gala will adopt the bold theme “Queer as Punk – A History of Resistance,” highlighting the spirit of Riot Grrrl, feminist punk, and the grassroots movements that fueled queer liberation.

The evening will feature live entertainment, dinner, interactive exhibits, a silent auction, an awards ceremony, and an exclusive after-party. As queer youth across Florida continue to face growing challenges, the Gala will serve as both a celebration and a call to action—uniting community members, allies, and advocates in solidarity. PRISM works to expand access to LGBTQ-inclusive education and sexual health resources for youth in South Florida. Tickets and event details will be available at prismfl.org
