Silver Pride+ is back for year 2 and it is starting strong this July at Holy Cross Health. After a powerful first year building community for LGBTQ+ adults age 50 and older, the program returns with a new monthly series focused on aging, wellness, and connection.
The kickoff happens July 13 at 4:30 pm at the Family Health Center, located at 5601 North Dixie Highway in Oakland Park, and features Dr Jason Ceavers from Wilton Manors Clinic as guest speaker. He will beleading a real conversation on navigating the healthcare system without burnout.
Silver Pride+ is a space where older adults in our community come together to learn, connect, and be reminded that they are seen, valued, and supported.
Now here is the important part. RSVP is required. They are capping attendance at 25 guests, and they already have more than 12 people registered, so this will fill quickly.
