Island City Health & Fitness, Wilton Manors’ premiere health club, celebrates its one year anniversary on November 20th. With a solid membership base that has exceeded expectations, ICHF continues to expand and offer incomparable amenities, state-of-the-art equipment, experienced and certified personal trainers, private and group classes and nutritional products.
From November 20th through the 22nd, members can bring a friend or family member in for free to try out the facilities.
