Erasure, an electronic/synthpop duo consisting of singer Andy Bell and keyboardist Vince Clarke, have been making music for nearly 30 years, courting millions of fans, many of them gay, along the way. Andy Bell was one of the first pop stars to come out as gay, and has been named by such media outlets as MTV and Logo as an enduring “gay icon.”
Tickets are available for all three Florida dates, ranging from general admission seats to VIP packages. The VIP package can be purchased for any Florida date by going to pledgemusic.com/projects/erasure and selecting “VIP Concert Ticket – North America + AccessPass.” For £100 (billed onto your bank statement as approximately $166), you will be entitled to one VIP concert ticket at either the Fillmore, House of Blues, or the Mahaffey. You will collect your ticket from the box office on the night of the performance, and you will also get to participate in a meet and greet with Andy Bell and Vince Clarke either before or after the show. Also, a copy of The Violet Flame will be mailed to you once it is released. Your ticket price includes the cost of postage and packaging for the CD to be mailed to you. No worries!
