Marc Anthony Comes to Florida

March Anthony in Florida

Latin music sensation Marc Anthony is currently on tour to promote his new single “Cambio de Piel,” a top ten single from his most recent album 3.0. The tour started in Mexico in April and has now reached Florida. This is an area he knows well, as he has lived here part-time for many years and even owns a stake in the Miami Dolphins football team.

To keep all of his Florida fans happy, he has scheduled two separate performances in Miami, one on Friday, October 3 and one on Saturday, October 4, both of which start at 8 p.m. and will be held at the AmericanAirlines Arena. Following this, he will make a stop in Orlando and sing to happy audiences at the Amway Center on Sunday, October 5 at 7:30 p.m.

Marco Antonio Muñiz, better known as Marc Anthony, released his first album in 1991 at the age of 23. Since then he has become the top-selling artist of all time in the salsa genre, selling over 12 million albums in the United States alone. Marc Anthony can boast two Grammy Awards and four Latin Grammy Awards, as well as eight #1 hits on the Billboard Latin charts. He crossed over onto the Billboard Hot 100 charts with the multi-platinum hits “I Need to Know” and “You Sang to Me.” His 2013 hit “Vivir Mi Vida” became a dance favorite and was performed at the Latin Billboard Music Awards.

Apart from his music, Marc Anthony is also well-known for his good looks and sex appeal, something he has admitted can be a blessing and a curse in a recent interview with Diario de México. He has been connected to many beautiful women: for example, he has been married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres as well as to singer and actress Jennifer Lopez.

Tickets to Marc Anthony’s Miami and Orlando tour dates are still available and are priced from $79.20 for his Miami performances and $59 for his Orlando performance. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com or at the box office before the show; the AmericanAirlines Arena ticket office will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday, and the Amway Center ticket office will be open starting at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, the day of the concert, in addition to their normal hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
