They all love attention and essentially force their love on everyone who enters the house

They are spoiled so if there is a toy they have it…

All the dogs and cats are equally loving affectionate and gentle and they all get along.

I’m hungry…feed me….rub my head….let’s play fetch…can I sleep in the bed with you?

Riddick is 11 and Kira is 12
When and where did you get your pets?
We rescued Riddick in Fort Lauderdale at the SPCA ten years ago. We rescued Kira when we were in Palm Springs, California eight years ago.
How does your pets let you know he/she wants love and attention?
They think they’re people! They’re constantly with us, 24/7. They don’t really have to ask us for anything.
What toys are in your house for your pets to play with?
Each dog has over 30 toys! They’re all over the house. We have a crate and we just constantly put the toys back in to clean up, and they pull them out one at a time.
What kind of personality do you think your pets have?
As far as personalities go, I think Kira is like Lee and Riddick is like me. They really think they’re people!
If your pets could speak in words, what do you think they’d say to you?
They’d say “Enough is enough! Equality now!” [laughs]

5 years ago as a gift from my Husband. When Brunito was 5 days old his mom died and I adopted him as my son.
How does your pet let you know he wants love and attention?
He comes and gets on my lap and won’t leave until I play with him.
What toys are in your house for your pet to play with?
Brunito likes unconventional toys; i.e. cell phones, screw drivers and my shoes, but what he most love is his Teddy Bear.

I think she’s a cat, she is so mellow and independent. She only barks in her sleep.

A good friend of mine started breeding French Bulldogs so I got my dog from him. I’ve know the little guy since the day he was born.
How does your pet let you know he wants love and attention?
He paws at me whenever he wants something but when I’m around him, he is generally getting all of my attention.
What toys are in your house for your pet to play with?
The question should actually be what toys are left? He has gone through so many of the toys I purchased for him. The reality is, whatever he can get into his mouth is a toy.

Was a Gift from a Lady that previously worked for me. I had a female and a male.
How does your pet let you know he wants love and attention?
Nino behaves like a dog, he loves attention, and wants me to kiss him.

Nino is loose all the time and the house is basically his playground. Unfortunately, he has broken some expensive pieces but he is my baby, so I really don’t care.

Playful, and noisy when mad. When he see’s people at the table having dinner, he likes to join in. He likes being part of the family. Somehow, he cannot resist the smell of french fries.

Carlos – 11 Years Old & Iris – 8 Years Old
When and where did you get your pet?
Carlos when he was 3.5, and Iris when she was 1.5. I got them from a trainer in North Carolina who imported them from Germany.
How does your pets let you know they want love and attention?
Carlos is very emotional. They push me around with their nose, and jump on me like they weigh 5 lbs. Keep in mind Carlos weighs 105lbs and Iris weighs 148 lbs.
What toys are in your house for your pets to play with?
Ropes with knots, Frisbees, Kong balls, Pig ears and the swimming pool which Carlos can spend hours upon hours swimming in, and diving to the bottom of the deep end of to get his toys.
What kind of personality do you think your pet has?
High maintenance! Each one wants to be the center of attention and god forbid I play with one and not the other. They get jealous of each other!

Almost a year ago. I bought him at the Pet Smart in St Petersburg.

He chews on the cage door; he’s an attention whore!

We have the typical hamster toys such as a ball for him to explore the house in and a wheel in the cage for him to run in. Also we have a few other toys we take in and out of the cage. We spoil him.

Very friendly. He doesn’t shy away when we pet him and he likes to be held.

I am afraid of what he’d say. Probably “Let me out of this damn cage” He always wants out.
