The Ultra Music Festival is one of the biggest yearly events on the South Florida calendar, as hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world converge on Miami for three days of the best house and electronic music in the world. This year the DJ and live headliners are more impressive than ever, and Miami’s Bayfront Park is ready to welcome the masses for three days, starting on Friday, March 27 and ending on Sunday, March 29. Festival hours are 4 p.m. to midnight on Friday, noon to midnight on Saturday and noon to 11 p.m. on Sunday.
Phenomenally popular DJs and music producers will be spinning at Ultra Music Festival this year. A sampling of the well-known names on this year’s list would reveal such luminaries as Armin Van Buuren, Avicii, David Guetta, Eric Prydz, Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Skrillex, Steve Aoki, and Tiesto. Live headliners include Clean Bandit, who had a worldwide hit last year with “Rather Be,” and Kiezsa, whose hit “Hideaway” was all the rage on the dance floors last spring and summer. Other live music acts performing at Ultra include Bassnectar, Die Antwoord, Krewella, and Royksopp.
Tickets can be bought online and at the festival itself.
