This Saturday, June 7, the Pride Center at Equality Park will host Healthy & Proud LGBTQ+ Health Fair, a vibrant and inclusive wellness event open to all ages. From 9 AM to 1 PM, the community is invited to enjoy a morning filled with free health screenings, wellness activities, and expert talks. Attendees will benefit from blood pressure, blood sugar, and vision checks, as well as HIV testing—all at no cost.
The day will feature live music by a DJ, guided meditation sessions, and engaging talks from mental health expert Dr. Julie Bruno and medical doctor Dr. D. Scott Lind, who will discuss the risks of skin cancer in Florida. With free giveaways, delicious lunch from 12–1 PM, and health-conscious fun, this event promises to nourish both body and soul. Registration is appreciated but not required.
