Compass, South Florida’s trusted safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals and those affected by HIV/AIDS, will host three major community events this fall. On November 12, Compass will partner with Palm Beach Dramaworks for the Legacy Project at the Don & Ann Brown Theatre. The event will bridge generations as LGBTQ+ elders and Compass Youth members share life stories that will be transformed into heartfelt digital performances.
Then, on November 21–22, the Joy Ride will take cyclists on a thrilling 165-mile journey from Orlando to St. Pete, celebrating unity and adventure through Central Florida’s scenic landscapes. Finally, from December 1–12, Compass will honor World AIDS Day with an Opening Quilt Ceremony and two weeks of community engagement. The event will display the Southeast’s largest AIDS Memorial Quilt, promote awareness, and inspire hope for a healthier, inclusive future. Visit CompassLgbtq.com for details.
