This November, Transinclusive Group will celebrate Trans Awareness Month with two major events across South Florida. On November 13, the 11th Annual Bishop S.F. Makalani Mahee Transgender Equality Awards will take place at the Center for Spiritual Living, Oakland Park, recognizing advocates and organizations championing transgender rights. Later, on November 20, 2025, the Transgender Day of Remembrance will be observed at The Pride Center at Equality Park, Wilton Manors, honoring the lives lost to anti-transgender violence. Founded in 2017, Transinclusive Group will continue to amplify trans voices, promote healing, and strengthen community ties throughout the month.
