Gay Hollywood and art-house legend Udo Kier has died at 81. His partner, Delbert McBride, confirmed the news to Variety. Kier appeared in more than 200 films, including Andy Warhol and Paul Morrissey’s “Flesh for Frankenstein” and “Blood for Dracula.” Born in Cologne in 1944, Kier worked across Europe and later became a queer-audience favorite through roles in “My Own Private Idaho,” “Dogville,” “Melancholia,” and even Madonna videos.
