The 28th Annual OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival, Spring Edition, is coming to South Florida from April 23 through May 10. This will be the 45th festival edition, and will showcase 60+ new LGBTQ+ films from around the world, bringing together filmmakers, audiences, and community.
